Great sport for mums & daughters

We invite you to join our classes for girls and Ladies aged 3 years and over.
Our classes combine jazz dance, basic ballet/contemporary and aerobic exercise all rolled into one fun filled class -  physie!   
 Established for over forty years, we are proud that so many of our foundation members are still enjoying physie today.
